Nissan earns more awards than any other manufacturer in 12th annual Vincentric 'Best Fleet Value in America' awards

Now in its 12 year, the award program identifies best-in-class lifecycle costs in order to help organizations select the best vehicles for their fleet needs. Nissan takes the “family adventure ready” Rogue design to the next level. Two features dominate the appearance of the Rogue Trail Warrior. First, the exterior design treatment that combines a custom camouflage body wrap, khaki-painted tracks system and military-style yellow glassworks.
And then there are the snow/sand tracks. The DOMINATOR® Tracks, from American Track Truck, Inc., are 48 inches long, 30 inches high and 15 inches wide, and they replace the Rogue's regular wheels and tires. The suspension and wheel wells were modified to fit the track system, but otherwise all drivetrain components, including the 2.5-liter DOHC 16-valve inline 4-cylinder Rogue powerplant and Xtronic transmission, are standard factory issue. The engine is rated at 170 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque, more than enough for climbing snow banks or sand dunes.
Filling out the Rogue Trail Warrior adventure equipment list are tinted headlights, custom fender flares, ARB Gear Basket, LED lights and a Warn 4K winch.
Nissan Armada named ‘SUV of the Year’ in Popular Mechanics magazine’s 2017 Automotive Excellence Awards
The all-new 2017 Nissan Armada full-size SUV has been selected as Popular Mechanics’ “SUV of the Year” in the annual Automotive Excellence issue of the magazine, which is available now at newsstands nationwide (May 2017 cover date). The “SUV of the Year” trophy is being presented in conjunction with the 2017 New York International Auto Show.
The magazine’s editorial staff drives every competitor in each given segment and picks one winner – there is no second place and no category subdivisions. In selecting the completely redesigned Armada, the editors wrote: “For those who need three rows of seats and low-range 4-wheel drive, the new Armada does it best.”
The all-new 2017 Armada is built on the heritage of the Nissan Patrol, which has been a workhorse for the world for many decades. While it is intended primarily for family adventures here in North America, the Armada remains true to its roots as a strong, durable and authentic full-size 8-passenger SUV.
